We want to balance it all to feel elevated and fulfilled in all areas, which can be difficult and will come and go as waves. A key element is to not be distracted by all the exterior noise of what you “should do”, but to be clear about what you do want, prioritize it and do it. Real balance also means not being afraid of losing control, letting yourself go off course and try new things - to then again find your way back or onto a new path that feels right for you. Balance is an unpredictable dance, where you both need to go with the flow, yet be intentional.
